Born in 2020, right in the middle of lockdown, Conspiracy Distillery began not as a business plan, but as an act of rebellion. While the world was brewing pineapple beer, our founder decided to create something extraordinary for his wife: a butterfly pea flower gin that changed colour in the glass. That single experiment lit a spark that grew into a passion… and then into a calling.
